Overview
There should be great priority for an organisation to ensure that an accident or incident, which has caused or had the potential to cause injury or ill health is prevented from recurring. Within any organisation there will be a need to ensure that all accident investigations are undertaken thoroughly and to standards of best practice.
Reporting and investigating accidents is actually one of the key mechanisms in working towards a safety culture. If done honestly and thoroughly the system begins to highlight areas where persistent problems arise and action can be taken.
This course has been designed to develop best practice amongst delegates with the ultimate aim of benefiting the entire workforce.
