Overview
The course identifies the level of risk associated with various contractor activities and promotes the use of risk assessment techniques to judge the impact on personnel, assets and business.
The course covers control methods through selection, pre-contract arrangements, contractor control, planning and monitoring. The course also provides an overview of The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 (CDM) and what needs to be done by the Client to discharge its legal responsibilities.
